The town of Stouffville, Ontario and its neighboring area doesn’t have an Islamic Center. The Muslala is so small that it gets very difficult to accomodate the growing demand of its Muslim community. It’s bustling with the noise from the Quran classes, but the classrooms simply don’t have enough space for all the students plus plenty more who want to join in the near future.

It’s very expensive these days for any community to purchase and build their own Islamic center without outside help.

Darul Khair is establishing the First and Only Islamic Center in Stouffville, Ontario. A place that serves the growing Muslim Community and non Muslim community.

We URGENTLY need your help to raise funds for this foundational project that will serve as inspiration for many others to come.

We have to raise $600,000 Insha’Allah before the closing date of May 13, 2022* to pay for the property to establish the First Islamic Center in Stouffville.

Who We Are.

Darul Khair Center Stouffville established in 2009, is the first muslim prayer center in the town of Stouffville .with population of more than 45000 approximately. There are more than 250 muslim famlies that live in the town of Stouffville, and the community continues to grow.

Our goal is to create a fully functional and multipurpose Islamic Community Center with all the facilities needed by the community. Our focus now is to have a bigger space for our classes to accommodate all of our students, a spacious area for the Musalla, a dedicated space for youth activities and a center for women (Islamic studies).

We have been providing our members with:

• Spirituality: Five daily prayers, Friday prayers, Eid prayer
• Islamic Education: Evening Quran classes, evening Hifz class, Sunday school, Adult Quran classes
• Community services: Weekly quran tafseer, Community counseling, Youth programs, sisters programs, senior programs, community dinners, interfaith meetings and dialogues
